## Indications for Use

## Device Story

IACS is a multi-parameter physiological monitoring system for bedside use by trained healthcare professionals. It consists of the M540 portable monitor, M500 docking station, and Infinity Medical Cockpit displays. The system acquires real-time physiologic data (ECG, SpO2, CO2, BP, etc.) from the M540 and third-party devices, processes it for display, trending, and alarm generation, and transmits it over the Infinity network. The M540 can function as a standalone monitor. The system provides visual and audible alarms when parameters exceed preset limits, assisting clinicians in patient assessment and decision-making. VG8.1 introduces a new M540 variant, updated Gen 3 Medical Cockpits with increased processing/storage, and support for secondary SpO2 and Microstream CO2 monitoring. Cybersecurity enhancements include packet storm mitigation and hardened Windows 10 IoT OS.

No clinical data. Substantial equivalence is supported by non-clinical bench testing, including system performance verification, software validation, electrical safety (IEC 60601-1), electromagnetic compatibility (IEC 60601-1-2), and algorithm performance testing per AAMI EC57.

## Regulatory Identification

The arrhythmia detector and alarm device monitors an electrocardiogram and is designed to produce a visible or audible signal or alarm when atrial or ventricular arrhythmia, such as premature contraction or ventricular fibrillation, occurs.

We have reviewed your section 510(k) premarket notification of intent to market the device referenced above and have determined the device is substantially equivalent (for the indications for use stated in the enclosure) to legally marketed predicate devices marketed in interstate commerce prior to May 28, 1976, the enactment date of the Medical Device Amendments, or to devices that have been reclassified in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) that do not require approval of a premarket approval application (PMA). You may, therefore, market the device, subject to the general controls provisions of the Act. Although this letter refers to your product as a device, please be aware that some cleared products may instead be combination products. The Infinity Series Medical Cockpits are intended to be used in environments where patient care is provided by trained healthcare professionals.

Environments of Use

The Infinity Series Medical Cockpits are intended for use in environments where patient care is provided by trained healthcare professionals, but not in the following environments:

- Homecare use

- Hyperbaric chambers
