Device Story
Disposable, sterile, single-use endoscopic clipping device; consists of delivery system (metal cap, spring sheath, pulling wire, coating, protective tube, core rod, slider) and clip assembly. Operated by physician via straight or side-viewing flexible endoscope. Clip can be opened/closed up to five times for repositioning before final deployment. Used for endoscopic marking, hemostasis of GI defects/ulcers/polyps/diverticula/arteries, and closure of small GI perforations. Provides mechanical closure of tissue; aids in preventing or stopping bleeding; facilitates lesion marking for future identification.

The proposed device is a sterile, single-use endoscopic clipping device. It is consisted of two main components: the delivery system and the clip. The delivery system include: metal cap, spring sheath, pulling wire component, coating layer, protective tube, core rod, and slider. The clip include: clip components and sleeve, and it is deployed from the delivery system during use. The hemoclip can be opened and closed up to five times prior to deployment, aiding in repositioning of the clip at the lesion site. ### Sterility, Shipping, and Shelf -life
The proposed device sterilization process using Ethylene Oxide (EO) has been validated in accordance with ISO 11135:2014 to achieve a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6. EO and Ethylene Chlorohydrin (ECH) residuals were below the limits specified in ISO 10993-7:2008. Bacterial Endotoxin Levels were below the level of 20 EU/device in accordance with USP <85>. Both baseline and accelerated shelf life testing were conducted demonstrating the device will perform as intended to support the proposed 5 year shelf-life.

5. Side-by-side comparison
Select multiple rows in the results table (aim for under ~10), then open the PDF Viewer tab. Ask one question — it goes to all selected devices in parallel, each with citations. This is the fastest way to compare and contrast devices: training data, PCCP scope, how they handled adding new scanners, and so on.

6. Collections

7. Product codes and the regulations tree
Click a product code in the results to jump to it in the regulations tree — identification text, sibling product codes, and devices you can open in a PDF viewer on the right. Click a regulation number to see its identification, special controls, and related product codes. You can also search by product code or regulation number at the top of the tree. Always read the special controls if any exist for your device — it broadens your search and sharpens pre-kickoff research.

8. Chart view
Click Show Chart and segment by regulation number (or product code) to see which regulations dominate your result set. Clicking a regulation takes you into the regulations tree. Great for spotting that most matches are, say, hardware laparoscopic devices — a cue to go back and filter.

9. The predicate graph
Open the Predicates tab for a family-tree view of predicate relationships. Click a node to trace its parents and children; selections from search carry over pre-selected. 10. Embeddings: the galaxy map
The Embeddings tab plots every matching document in a 2-D "galaxy map" where semantically similar devices cluster together. Hover or click clusters to explore, and let AI label the clusters for you. Embeddings beat product codes for grouping: two devices can carry different product codes (LLZ vs. QIH) yet do the same thing — the embedding captures the meaning of the intended use and device story. This is also exactly how retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) works under the hood, and it makes a great visual on client calls.
