It utilizes an infrared sensor to detect infrared radiation emitted from the surface of human skin. The device converts this detected infrared energy into a digital temperature value. It is intended for use by individuals of all ages to monitor body temperature. The device provides a temperature reading to the user, which assists in clinical decision-making regarding health status. The TF1267 model features minor differences in exterior dimensions compared to the TF1265.
