SynergEyes® A and M (paflufocon D hem-iberfilcon A) Hybrid Contact Lenses for daily wear are indicated for use in the correction of myopic, hyperopic and astigmatic refractive error including presbyopia, in aphakic and not aphakic, non-diseased eyes with astigmatism up to 6.00 D. For presbyopia, add powers between +1.00 and +4.00D. The lenses may be disinfected using only a chemical disinfection system for rigid gas permeable lenses.

Hybrid contact lens featuring rigid gas permeable (RGP) center (paflufocon D) and soft hydrophilic skirt (hem-iberfilcon A); components joined by proprietary chemical bonding. Lens acts as refractive medium to focus light on human cornea. Designed for daily wear; available in sphere, aspheric, front surface toric, and multifocal designs. Prescribed by eye care professionals for patients with refractive errors. Lens provides benefits of RGP optics with comfort of soft lens skirt. Output is corrected vision for patient. Sterilized via e-Beam.
Clinical Evidence
Clinical study of 107 subjects over 3 months. Primary endpoints: safety (adverse events, slit lamp findings, symptoms) and efficacy (refractive correction, visual acuity). 46 subjects (43%) discontinued, primarily due to comfort (32.6%) or loss of interest (28.3%). No significant safety findings reported; comfort was the most prevalent complaint. Efficacy data showed performance equivalent to RGP and soft daily wear lenses.

5. Side-by-side comparison

7. Product codes and the regulations tree
Click a product code in the results to jump to it in the regulations tree — identification text, sibling product codes, and devices you can open in a PDF viewer on the right. 8. Chart view

9. The predicate graph

10. Embeddings: the galaxy map
The Embeddings tab plots every matching document in a 2-D "galaxy map" where semantically similar devices cluster together. Hover or click clusters to explore, and let AI label the clusters for you. Embeddings beat product codes for grouping: two devices can carry different product codes (LLZ vs. QIH) yet do the same thing — the embedding captures the meaning of the intended use and device story. This is also exactly how retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) works under the hood, and it makes a great visual on client calls.
