Device Story

AGC Cem is a two-component, self-curing compomer dental luting material; golden yellow color. Used by dental technicians for permanent cementation of electroformed pure gold caps (AGC SupraCaps) into tertiary structures, including telescopic crowns in chrome cobalt substructures and implant supraconstructions. Delivered via an Automix-System for automatic mixing, ensuring homogeneous quality and direct application. Provides low film thickness for fit and high adhering strength. Benefits include aesthetic restoration support and secure fixation of dental prosthetics.

You may, therefore, market the device, subject to the general controls provisions of the Act. The general controls provisions of the Act include requirements for annual registration, listing of devices, good manufacturing practice, labeling, and prohibitions against misbranding and adulteration.
