Device Story

Biorigid Nail Femur (BNF) is an intramedullary fixation rod system for stabilizing femoral fractures or correcting deformities. Device consists of a full-material titanium alloy nail, interlocking screws (5.3 mm diameter), interlocking nuts, protection caps, and CondyLock components. Nail features central holes to resist rotational forces and grooves for interlocking along the nail length, allowing for both antegrade and retrograde implantation techniques. Used by orthopedic surgeons in clinical settings for reamed or unreamed intramedullary nailing. Provides mechanical stabilization of bone segments to facilitate healing.
