Description of the device: The WIN-2 Tango Elite NP is a powered wheelchair for use both indoors and outdoors. It is battery powered, has two 0.25 horsepower motors, and a controller unit with joystick. You may, therefore, market the device, subject to the general controls provisions of the Act.
